Audio processing
Sonic Shielding processes audio from browser tabs that you explicitly protect. Processing occurs locally and in real time on your device. Sonic Shielding does not record, retain, transmit, sell, or share audio.
Locally stored information
Your comfort-profile settings and the list of currently protected tabs are stored locally through Chrome extension storage. This information is used only to provide the extension’s features.
Information not collected
Sonic Shielding does not collect browsing history, analytics, personal information, or health information, and does not use a remote server.
Removing your data
Removing the extension removes its local extension data, subject to your browser’s storage behavior.
